Delete your Snoozenix data

Snoozenix, by InertiaBreak Labs, keeps all of your data on your phone. There is no account and we hold no copy of your alarms, streaks, settings, photos or mission results. So deleting your data is something you do on your phone, and it takes a minute.

1. Delete everything (Android)

Either:

Uninstall: press and hold the Snoozenix icon, then Uninstall. This removes the app and its data.
Keep the app, clear the data: Settings, Apps, Snoozenix, Storage, Clear storage (called Clear data on some phones). The app returns to a fresh install.

2. Delete everything (iPhone)

Press and hold the Snoozenix icon, Remove App, Delete App. Deleting removes the app and its data. "Offload App" keeps your data, so choose Delete App to remove it.

3. Phone backups

If your phone backs up app data (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone), a copy of your Snoozenix alarms, settings, streaks and history may be in that backup. Photo of a spot reference photos and sound files you added are never backed up. You control the backup through your Google or Apple account:

Android: Settings, Google, Backup, or manage backups at https://drive.google.com under Storage, Backups.
iPhone: Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage, Backups.

4. What deleting does not remove

Your Pro subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel Pro. Cancel in Google Play, Subscriptions, or in iPhone Settings, Subscriptions.
Purchase records held by Google or Apple. The stores keep their own records of your purchase under their privacy policies. We cannot delete those. Ask Google (https://support.google.com/googleplay) or Apple (https://privacy.apple.com).
Emails you sent us. If you emailed support-snoozenix@inertiabreak.com or sent an idea to ideas-snoozenix@inertiabreak.com, tell us and we will delete the thread. An idea already on our Ideas page carries no name; ask and we will take it down too.

5. Ask us

If you think we hold any data about you, or you need help, email support-snoozenix@inertiabreak.com with "Delete my data" in the subject. We will reply within 15 days. Because the app keeps nothing with us, in almost every case the answer will be the steps above.
