Snoozenix Help and Support

Snoozenix is made by InertiaBreak Labs, one independent developer in the Philippines. Email support-snoozenix@inertiabreak.com and you will get a reply within 3 days. Please include your phone model, your Android or iOS version, and what happened, for example "alarm at 6:30 did not ring, phone was locked".

Last updated 20 October 2026

Is it free?

Yes. The free version has 1 alarm a day, the Math and Type a phrase missions, streaks, the wake-up check, the test alarm and the emergency stop. No card, no trial, no account. Pro adds unlimited alarms and all 11 missions, at ₱999 per year or ₱549 every 6 months, with a 3-day free trial on either plan. The price is on the screen before you tap anything. See /#pricing.

What if the alarm doesn't ring?

  1. Open Settings, Test my alarm. It rings in one minute with your phone locked and tells you what could stop a real alarm: notifications off, full-screen alarm off on Android, alarms not allowed on iPhone, battery saving, silent mode or Do Not Disturb settings.
  2. Fix anything marked "Needs a fix". The Home screen also shows a banner when something is wrong.
  3. After a phone update, run the test again.
  4. If an alarm did not ring, Snoozenix tells you the next time you open it and what to check.

Some phones (for example Xiaomi, Huawei, OnePlus, Samsung, Oppo, Vivo, realme, Tecno) have their own battery managers that can stop apps. If the test passes but real alarms still fail, check your phone maker's battery or autostart settings for Snoozenix. We cannot change those from inside the app. For a flight, an exam or anything else where oversleeping would cause real harm, set your phone's own alarm too.

What if I can't do squats?

Pick another mission. Math and Type a phrase (free), and Steps, Shake, Memory, Word scramble, Order the numbers and Repeat the rhythm (Pro) need no camera. Squats, Photo of a spot and Scan a code use the camera and are Pro. If the camera cannot see you during a mission, the screen offers a backup mission (longer math), never a free dismiss. Stand on a clear floor and go at your own pace. If you should not exercise, choose a non-physical mission.

Does the camera upload anything?

No. Reps are counted and photos are matched on your phone. Live video is not recorded, saved or uploaded. The only image kept is the reference photo you take yourself for the Photo of a spot mission, and it stays on your phone. You always see the camera view while the camera is on. How do I cancel Pro?

Pro is billed by Google Play or the App Store, so you cancel there:

  • Android: Google Play app, your profile picture, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Snoozenix, Cancel.
  • iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, Snoozenix, Cancel Subscription. Cancel during the 3 free days and you pay nothing (on iPhone, at least a day before they end).

Settings, Plan and billing in the app opens the same place. Deleting the app does not cancel. Pro renews every year or every 6 months, depending on your plan, until you cancel, and stays on until the end of the paid period. If Pro ends, alarms keep ringing and Pro missions switch to Math.

How do I get a refund?

Payments are handled by the stores, so refunds are too:

We cannot refund you directly, but email us if you are stuck and we will point you to the right place.

How do I get Pro back on a new phone?

Install Snoozenix, then tap Restore a Pro purchase on the welcome screen or Restore purchases in Settings. Use the same Google or Apple account you bought with. Pro stays with the store you bought it on and does not move between Android and iPhone.

Why does the iPhone alarm have a Stop button?

On iPhone, Snoozenix uses Apple's own alarm system, and Apple always shows a Stop button. Tapping Stop ends the alarm without a mission and resets your streak. Tap Start mission instead to do your mission and keep your streak.

How do I stop the alarm in an emergency?

On Android, tap Emergency stop. The first time in a week, it asks for the very easy task you chose when you set the alarm: one easy sum, tap 1-2-3, pick what year it is, or hold for 10 seconds (the default). Any further time that week, it is a 60-second hold instead. Both are built to always work: no internet, no Pro, no typing, same on Free and Pro. You can change the quick task in Settings. On iPhone, tap Apple's Stop once. Either way, only your streak resets, each time.

Which phones work?

  • iPhone: iOS 26 or later, which is needed for alarms that ring on silent and in Focus.
  • Android: Android 12 or later.

How do I delete my data?

Everything is on your phone. See /delete-my-data.

Got an idea?

Email it to ideas-snoozenix@inertiabreak.com. We may add it to our public Ideas page in our own words, with no name, and we count how many people asked for the same thing. See the Privacy Policy, section 10, for what we keep and how to have it removed.

Something else?

Email support-snoozenix@inertiabreak.com. We only ask for a store rating after you have had a few good mornings, never in the wake flow.
